Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

We take great pride in the quality of our clothing, and our policy is to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, please return it within 14 days following the receipt of your package and we will arrange for a refund or exchange.  Please include the original invoice so that we may identify the order.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted 14 days after receipt of the merchandise. Items that are discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Please note that all merchandise to be exchanged or returned must be unused, in the original packaging with hang tags attached.   Please email us to receive a return label:  contactus@busybeeskids.com

  • Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.
  • All items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.  Any returns that are damaged when we receive them will not be refunded.  Please allow up to 7 business days for exchanges/refunds to be processed after we receive the merchandise. Refund will be credited to original form of transaction.  We do not refund shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error or merchandise is damaged. $7 will be deducted for the return label.
  • Items for exchange - You will need to contact us to provide a credit card number for additional shipping charges, as well as if the exchange is for an item of greater value. We will notify you of our receipt of the item and availability of a replacement. Availability of a replacement is not guaranteed.
  • Sale items discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

note:  2-Day orders are shipped FedEx 2-day air and will be delivered 2 days after the order is processed.

International Shipping Rates
Hawaii, Alaska & Canada = $20.00 | Europe = $35.00 | Rest of the world $50.00
